That's about 4 laps there. Depending how you drive. $35 is fair price.
What event are you talking about? Normally that's dictated by whomever is running the event not AMP themselves. Normally a "session" is one driver in a car, and how ever many cars you have on track for the event. So I'd say that's $35 for one driver for 10 minutes. When you break down the prices $35 for 10 minutes of track time is not actually a lot comparatively. Heck you could go to an autocross and pay more than that for 4 runs that are a minute long!
Unfortunately it is a bit expensive and it's 10 minutes for one person.
Welcome to the world of track time. The track is awesome, though, worth the money IMO.
