There is technically no direct application. Everyone, whether going in as an Amazonian or an Integrity associate gets hired through Integrity. Just because you get hired through them doesn't mean that you will work as a temp. Just depends on if you apply for an Amazon Job or an Integrity job at Amazon. I know they aren't hiring any Amazonians until January, but they are hiring Integrity employees.
