The technician was great, but billing department and trying to get your bill corrected due to warranty a big nightmare

I am not a happy customer. I scheduled a washing machine repair 3 weeks ago. I took off work today to be home for the repairman. My appointment was for 10am- 2pm. After 2pm finally came around and no one showed, I contacted customer service to find out his truck broke down? Seriously?! I'm sure his truck didn't just break down at 2pm so why I was not contacted I will never know. They have my information they could have easily called to let me know and they did not. I had to call myself to find out. Now they want to reschedule my appointment for another 3 weeks out!! So I can take off work again for someone to not show up? This whole experience was ridiculous.

I was scheduled for an appointment Monday from 1 to 5. After 5, when I called them they said it was missed because I was unavailable. I assured them I was home and had my phone on. They rescheduled for Tuesday. On Tuesday they called and rescheduled on Wednesday because my dryer was original equipment and the Technician scheduled for Tuesday wasn't trained to work on original equipment. So the Third Appointment will tell the tale. My dryer and washer have been here for 20 years and only had one previous repair.
