There is enough room outside to keep socially distant. Wore masks on the hay ride wagons and in line for the food area. Just be smart about the whole thing. I'm a 65 year old scardey cat, but had a ball with my grand kids.
Hi Karen, there is a COVID-19 section on our website: https://jeterfarm.com/fall-festival As others have said, there is a lot of room to social distance and we encourage people to wear masks when they feel like social distancing is not possible. We have spread out tables and are wiping them down with cleaner at least every hour, often more. We also have a lot of hand sanitizer available. We do encourage you to attend at your own risk, if you or your family are high risk it may not be the best time to visit.
You're outside, when youre on the haybail ride, if youd like to wear one. If not they don't force you to as they shouldn't bc again youre outside. Covid is spreadable by being within 6ft for prolonged periods per CDC. A 2 mimute ride is not prolonged but I understand your concern
Jeter Farm states on their event notices that they ask people to practice social distancing and to wear a mask when that is not possible.
None apparently. When we were there 98% of the people weren't wearing masks. We wore them though. I'm editing to fit the reply of the second person, in the market area, there was NO social distancing. Although we tried.
When we was there every was social distancing. Your outside so...... where a mask on the hayride when near others. Otherwise you can stay away from others
