I think its a city or state ordnance that only service animals are allowed in places that serve food for health reasons.
If you ate outside, they would probably be accommodating, but for sanitation reasons and for consideration of other guests, they probably would not allow animals inside the restaurant.

Not a pet lover but the patrons who bring their animals really have well behaved friendly dogs.
They allow pets outside. They are extremely pet friemdly. They do not need to be service dogs. Happy Eating!
