Hello, I was disappointed when I visited last month. The commercial showing great customer service did not apply. When I walked in, do one acknowledged me as a potential customer. I asked the person near the pharmacy area, who pointed out one of the two ladies that I had passed by. Sadly, because of the non friendly air, I did not want to bother them. However, I did make a purchase of an ugly colored stocking, which was too tight. Poor/ no customer service. It must have been a bad day for all!

I have been meaning to transfer my medicine to Parks for years and I haven’t. Today I finally called them to get it done. I should’ve gotten the name of the lady but I do know she was the Pharmacist and she was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and for lack of better words, she just acted like she cared about what I was asking. I try to support small businesses and I regret not making this switch sooner.

Two stars might overrate this over-priced pharmacy. The owner, I assume, referring to the older man, was NOT very nice to me. He is pushy, unfriendly, and didn't seem concerned with helping me. He appeared to only be interested in selling. The other employees are much nicer. I was making arrangements for upcoming surgery so I purchased a transition chair which didn't work out. I returned in within hours, and he became quite annoyed because two legs were adjusted lower than the other two. It was not damaged in any way. He acted like he didn't want to accept it. I adjusted it right there. When I bought it, they clearly said I could return it if it didn't work out. He began pushing other items, and I did end up purchasing another item, but will not use them again. I had to get things in order quickly, but I repeat, I wont use them again.
