No, they don't take insurance. It is for people who can't afford insurance. They base it on your income. You must provide proof of income and medicaid, etc. They will restore healthy teeth and do root canals if necessary. They will refer you to someone else who will do crowns, usually PATHS. Or partial plates.
I believe they take any insurance. As for second question, I don't believe they do. Its a dentistry school, so they likely only do fillings, cleanings, and extractions. They do not do corective dentistry, rather prevenitive. You should call them if you need to know more.
