Really nice of them to let me dread my upcoming root canal for weeks, let me drive from patrick county, let me waste 2 anti-anxiety pills, only to tell me when I walk in that my root canal was canceled because they “don’t do root canals on molars anymore”. They changed my time slot but never bothered to contact me. Told me to go to an endodontist. Like Lady, I’m on disability, I wouldn’t be at the fn dental clinic if I could afford a regular dentist. This is on top of having to drive from Patrick county just to make my friggin appt in the first place cuz they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!Thanks for nothing.

DO NOT CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT, walk in. I’ve been trying to get an appointment with them for literally 7 months straight. I called, left messages, everything and finally decided to walk over there thinking they were closed. Told the lady at front desk that I had been calling for months and she said “yeah the phone is always ringing.” Horrible customer service, especially if you do not have the availability to just walk in every time and I still got put on a waiting list after that

What if you do have medicaid, do u still have to pay
They will pull teeth but, u will likely have to go to PATHS in Danville to get dentures or partials. They will refer u there.
It maybe would self pay no insurance is $20 i would just do it that wah
After you are accepted as a patient, the co-pay is usually around $20.
Give them a call to see if theu are accepting new patients. The payment is based on your income so take proof of income when you go. Very good place. Sometimes they dont answer the phone just keep trying till you get a live person. They arent good about returning voice mails. Hope thos helps u out!
No, they don't take insurance. It is for people who can't afford insurance. They base it on your income. You must provide proof of income and medicaid, etc. They will restore healthy teeth and do root canals if necessary. They will refer you to someone else who will do crowns, usually PATHS. Or partial plates.
