During a recent visit, I do not feel the used reward points were subtracted properly from my total points. The points needed to CFA One Red Status seems to change. I have been down to about 100 points needed for red status and now it is over 700

Do you have your receipt? You can look it up online. But either way you need the transaction number off of the receipt. Your receipt shows everything that they can tell you. It is all on a computer system. If there was an error it should be an easy fix. Honestly when I have a rewards issue anywhere I just call corporate.
