there was an appointment with the doctor, for a biopsy at 9:15, at 9:10 they called me and said that they were not doing such a procedure, the doctor wrote it down, I waited a month for an appointment. , why take tests if there are no doctors who will do these procedures ???? the attitude towards my time is terrible !!!! customer misinformation !!!!! horror !!!

Horrible experience with this practice. The wait times can get to 1 hour in an empty waiting area. Dr Patel is usually late or on a holiday or vacation. The office is full of terribly busy staff that have no time to help you. I hardly see any other patients here but the wait is long and staff always no time to help a patient. Also I was being directed to use a weird lab service I never heard of that apparently has some sort of arrangement with this practice. I received bills for lab work that were in the thousands for routine urine tests that this doctor asked demanded I receive every month to continue my medication. Definitely shady business going on with their billing practices. I was always fighting with the lab provider about every bill.

I LOVE this office!!!!! The staff males you feel like family and it's nice to be in an office where the physician and mid-levels are genuinely concerned about your health.
