I don't think that they care what you are, just so you have money.
As far as I know. I've never had any problems with customer service at the stores I have shopped. I think you would need to be a little more specific as to which stores you plan on shopping.

Should be fine as far as employees and staff go. I'm a cis hetero guy so I can't speak from experience. I guess I couldn't speak for every individual person there but, overall, I would expect that the place should be safe for transgender individuals to go and shop.
