Im having an issue with getting head light replacement on a jeep with the extented warranty. The Service manager won't call me back.
Talk to the managers and say your having problems with your services.. i had a problem in that department..and i spoke to rob from the service department. . And he fixed my service problem.. but you can speak to someone in the front management... they may refund or fix the problem.. they will understand if your explain your situation .. also good luck.
