Family Care, specifically Dr. John Chafos and Dr. Mike Klele, have literally saved my quality of life. They are both amazing, caring, and knowledgeable Practitioners. They have been there for me for over 20 years and have never failed to provide expert and compassionate care.

Don’t listen to these people with there bad reviews. You can’t please everyone. I been going there for 10 yrs. Place is great if not I wouldn’t be going there. Staff is polite, nurses are good which come and go of course. The doctors are great. I just have a preference of which doctor I see. So I call to see what days and hrs he is in that week. Then request him when I check my self in at the front desk. I use to live 15 min away from there. I moved now I’m 35 min away and still go out of my way to go there. So that’s gotta tell you something

Waiting for almost 2 hours today then a nurse came to ask me why I want to see DR. Chafos? He was recommended I answered she got mad and told me there is gonna be a long wait so I told her if I can see someone else? And 45 minutes later nothing and still waiting.. Lobby is empty.. o guess they want me to leave.. I’ll give it 10 more minutes..
