Why does it say they close at 10 on Saturday but I have called three to four times and not once has anyone answered the phone

Just to busy to answer, not a good management call but I've been there and they just let phone ring

They do that when they are really busy

They may be that busy. Try going up there. They tend to be busy in weekends.
