To rent the outdoor stage, it's $50 for county residents / $75 for non-county residents. To rent a picnic shelter, it's $35 for half day / $70 all day; $14 for electricity (if needed). All shelters have 14 tables and charcoal grills. Morgan, Rowe McNeely, and Mt. Ulla Lions' shelters have electricity. The price would not change just because it is a wedding. I would just go ahead and give the park a call about the price and date. It is 80 dollars a day for the shelter.
