I would assume they do have open lots... with that said I don't reccomend using thier park unless you have a specific set of needs... I had a relative who lived there a few decades pass away last year and they made it almost impossible to sell the trailer... the office staff is extremely picky about everything... even tho they only own the lot, they act like they have to be involved in ebery aspect of the people's lives living here... they wouldn't allow my brother to live with my grandfather in the trailer he owned to help take care of him at the end... which resulted in him passing alone and nobody being aware immediately... then they refused to allow several of my family members to take over the lease, but they did welcome them to pay $40 a piece to apply... unless you intend to live there alone and have great credit and no visitors or family to leave the place to, I would look elsewhere...
