Why is it that some trucks sit and wait for well over 30 minutes at a time and can't get loaded.?

Idk about that contract statement... we haul 250tons daily, sometimes more. All day, everyday, under contract, and we still get stuck hanging around 30+ some days. I think it depends on the loaders that are working... they just changed some things around and a couple of the new guys don't pay mind to the order in which the trucks came in. 10 more pull up and they just keep loading. Good luck, we have looked at alternatives. travel times and material quality/ consistency prevent us from fully pulling away.
