Customer service is horrible. The office is disorganized the yard is disorganized. When you have multiple issues they will provide you no type of help even if you’re a customer who spends a lot of money with them. Stay away.

Been going there for years with my father and myself and always thought this was the go to place for stone and fill because it's options and prices but that might change. One of your employees that drives the trucks and helps fill your trucks in the back is so disgruntled and rude that it makes you not wanna even come back. He's had the nastiest attitude with my dad the last few times I was there he couldn't take it anymore and wanted to spend his money somewhere else. Idk what is making your employee so unhappy that he's taking it out on your customers that are happy to spend money with you. Hopefully your company still cares about how you treat their customers and the right people read this cause you'll lose business over that guy.

We would not buy bluestone anywhere else simply due to the unbelievable amount of education , knowledge and support that came with our bluestone purchase here. Jeff in particular, helped us choose our patio and wall stone and has helped guide us on care and Maintenance questions. We had certain issues W/ our installer and jeff went above and beyond in his spare time to help us resolve it. I’ll send everyone to Nj gravel over and over these guys know stone!!

Came in as a DIY’er trying to build a 500sq. Ft. Paver patio in my yard and the 1st time coming in for information on pavers, pricing, etc John was very willing to help even though they closed in 20mins and very knowledgeable. 2nd time I came in to place the paver, crushed rock, & materials order Jared helped me and was very pleasant to deal with when there was a line of people waiting. Nothing seemed “rushed” on either visit and from what I can tell this is a well oiled operation. Thanks for the great service and guidance!
