Yeah, follow Glenstone POA and file a complaint. They probably will close it without explaining why and forget trying to find out why - they don't know either because they can't interpret the same laws they are supposed to enforce. Try asking them to define and identify a "governmentally mandated easement" - especially when they cite it to you as to why they won't do their job. Let me know if/when they respond.
Because that’s not how code enforcement works. They need to read the codes, and/or submit a complaint and see if it gets resolved.
They kill them and eat them. Spanish neighbor behind me has a pit they cook em in. Invited us over one time, I couldn't do it. We had a tree fall in our yard, neighbor called code enforcement on us cause we couldn't get it removed fast enough, they showed up several times. Thing is it was different code enforcement officer each time all saying and threatening different things. Don't have much confidence in them.
Try and call, and your put on hold forever. I have a Mexican family living right down the street with goats in their yard. Less than 2 acres. Been reported several times and the goats are still there.
