Why does Pizza Hut have a store number when they don't answer the phone and the 800 number picks up and you have to wait for them to call the store to answer a question.

I always use the online feature

I have store numbers for 3 different pizza huts in central Florida. Each store usually answers. If they don't answer quick enough, the call will switch over to the 800 number.

Sorry I've never had to call for anything. It's so much easier to place my orders online.

I always go in store to eat.i never call.
