Why is it you choose,"CHOOSE"to work in a customer based job but when a customer comes in to do exactly what"Amscot"is their for this redhead,nasty,unprofessional lady comes at you with all here hate and 1 can only assume she is NOT HAPPY WITH HER LIFE,JOB CHOICES"..shley,that's not our/customers problem and when you get done spewing out all your life's problems on us you just call over the other nasty,unprofessional guy to step in... Act accordingly,or find something you can work from home and not face the public.. Go elsewhere to cash checks,they steal money they don't work for.. Lets get this location shutdown or new people in their..period

This was my first visit to this location and my last .ASHLEY the manager as what was told to me by her was very rude she rolled her eyes back and was very short with me. I ask for somebody else to help me and a male gentleman walk over looked at me and told me I needed to leave the store. As I was packing up all my material they then turn on the alarm on me which then sends notice to the police. I’m 53years old /handicap /and have a 4wheel walker.It took me about an hour to stop shaking. I went to Walmart and finished my business with in ten minutes.and they where very pleasant and helpful…I will never go back to Inverness location again…

After trying to cash my check i was told they couldn't cash a cashier's check from a bank. I left and went to Kwik Cash Inverness and they had NO PROBLEM cashing my check. Called the bank and verified, unlike AMSCOT. DO NOT RECOMMEND WASTING YOUR TIME HERE!.

Amscot fraudulently stole $75.00 off the Western Union Wire System that I sent to my daughter. My daughter was suddenly left homeless and had no place to go and no food or money. I wired her through Western Union enough money to cover a hotel room and food until the next day. The Manager Matt at this location had her sign to receive the money transfer and then took the $75.00 and said she owed Amscot from 4 years ago from an Amscot loan. He then gave her a receipt for the money he took. I contacted Western Union and they are having to refund our money in full but not for days. My daughter is disabled by law and was left homeless with no way to buy even a drink. It is illegal to have someone sign a form stating they received money and then take it for their own use. It is considered fraud and punishable by law. It is theft to take someones money without them consenting. This was my hard earned money that I trusted to Western Union and they / he Matt Stole it. I am seeking attorneys fees , prosecution of the employee and a lawsuit for direct emotional distress to my disabled daughter who was left on the streets for 24 hours until family could get to her. This is not the way to treat customers and they had no right regardless of what transpired 4 years prior. The Americans with Disabilities Act was violated and Western Union should remove their right to represent them in wire transfer. I am seeking Media attention and coverage from local news channels and will stop them from stealing money from others. BEWARE.
