If you have an appointment they generally take you on time. They don't really take walk-ins, you will have a long wait. They encourage you to call in and get a time rather than just walking in. That way, you wait at home rather than sitting there all day.
In general, the staff is very good at taking patients with appointments in a timely manner. Patients who are walk-ins are taken as space is available. What that means for walk in people is that you can end up waiting a good amount of time if scheduled patients continue to show up on time.
