Yes they do. You must install an app called INSTACART. You will be ordering your items on the Ralph's website. Be advised there is a membership fee after 1 to 2 weeks of free DELIVERY for purchases of $35 or more. Membership fee can be $150.00 or more. Donot use your bank debit card or credit card!! Get a Visa gift (from your bank) card and use that to avoid overcharging and basic charges that will be charged. The gift card has no access to your personal information or account. You can still be reimbursed for charges you refuse to pay for by going to your bank and reporting it.
