PEC does have prepaid. I just bought a house in August and was needing a meter and they had 2 plans, either monthly or prepaid. They have a kiosk in the lobby so you can add money to your account or pay your bill without a fee. If you pay it to over the phone or online they charge a fee.
Not prepaid like Chester County. You can pay more and it just deducts from your next bill. Pickwick really drops the ball on some things. Like charging to use your card. Like they really need that extra $3.50. And threating the elderly really done it for me. I had an elderly neighbor & I put her check in her mail box myself, well they called her ONE day after the due date and threatened to disconnect her if they were not paid. That was the day I lost any respect for any of them at Pickwick.
I am don't see that option but my add it have bank draft and take debit cards but it cost $3.50 to your card
