There is absolutely no customer service when there is a power outage which occurs frequently. When there is a power outage it’s an extraordinary amount of time before power is restored. If I could leave a review less than one star I would.

They have new meters that send the reading back to the power company so there are no more meter readers
I don't think they do .....
because the electric lines have either been disrupted and severed.
Due date is on 3rd shut it off after 10th
PEC does have prepaid. I just bought a house in August and was needing a meter and they had 2 plans, either monthly or prepaid. They have a kiosk in the lobby so you can add money to your account or pay your bill without a fee. If you pay it to over the phone or online they charge a fee.
Electric for AC & gas for heat
Go in the lobby ask the Lady at the information desk and she will direct you where to go.
