Why why why would a restaurant that is open break apart the drink machine without having competent people that can put it back together?? Why, if you cant get the machine working, would you not go get a 2 liter somewhere?

That's a very easy one! Each Ruby Tuesday is individually owned and operated. Its NOT the company's fault! Its the idiot who owes that one frinchise. Complain to the Ruby Tuesday main office and have that fool reported and removed! The phone number on the receipt is to that story and calling that number will get you nothing. Google the Ruby Tuesday main office and call that number. That will be a strong message to stupid people!

Sounds good. I did contact RT corporate, maybe they will respond. We hadn't even gotten our food yet! Two out of five people couldn't have Diet Coke due to this idiot.
