They didn't appear to want to help us. We had a car rental with a flat tire and was due for an oil change. We were told on the phone that if we dropped it off, they could put us on a new car. That wasn't the case. Even though we were there, and they had cars on the lot, they couldn't put us in a different car. The only other option was to take the care to get the tire fixed. We didn't plan on spending that amount of time doing that, so a lot of our Saturday plans are now ruined. Thanks for nothing, Enterprise. Update: It has been nearly a month since I reached out to customer care regarding the incident. I've been handed off 3 different people, and all they have to say is "they are looking into it" and "they have reached out to the management staff at Winder".

After online ordering Couldn't find a ride there.called and they had no cars told to come the next day..got there and no small car like I requested online..got a van same price I think .haven't got bill cleared yet

I went in today which is September 9th 2022 because I was picking up a car from insurance deal where I had been hit by someone else that was the most unprofessional rude experience that I have ever had in my life I will never recommend wander Enterprise to anyone that I have ever dealt with rude individuals in my life.

No, they take a debit card but you will need 2 current utility bills in your name showing no past due balance. And will have to pay a deposit which will be refunded when you drop off.
They have a drop box for the keys there on site if you choose to do that. They will inspect the car on Monday morning and contact you if there are any damage concerns.
You would have to call customer service and request one to your location
They will pick you up bring you to their office and you drive it back but they will pick you up wherever you're at
You're not suppose to because only 1 person has "permission" to drive the car.
I doubt it. Tiny lot, barely any room for rentals.
