Of course he will. That phone is ALWAYS busy... Dr. Galbraith cares about every animal that comes through his door, & he is constantly thinking, planning, & re-arranging his plans & schedules (professional as well as PERSONAL) in an effort to give your pet the best, most effective treatment that's possible. I've been there in the past when serious pet emergencies arrived & have witnessed Dr. Galbraith re-arrange the order in which he attends to animals, in an effort to give that animal the best care & chances for survival that's possible. By that, I mean that he will put serious cases & emergencies 1st when needed, instead of doing something inefficient, like burning up time putting drops in a dog's eyes to combat its allergies, while a cat that's been hit by a vehicle waits to be seen. He knows what priorities are, & is excellent at identifying life & death scenarios in the blink of an eye. Also, he will NEVER forget your name, ever. The man is SuperHuman- What else can I say...?
Yes. It can be very hard to get a phone call in as Dr. GALBRAITH is very popular in a radius of a couple of hours. We drive 45 minutes to bring our animals for treatment. He's the most reasonable vet I've ever used. He and his staff truly care for the well being of animals. You'll do well with the good doctor, as will your cat.
Yes! Getting there early is your best option
Early morning is best but he does have an after hours answering service. They will call a staff member and get back with you. Just call his office number.
Most of the time he will!
In an emergency I'm sure he will, but so much better if you can arrive when he opens,it is hard to get the phone answered. They stay pretty busy there.
Yes
They are very good about it. The phones can be too busy sometimes so just make the trip and plan to stay for a while
Normally earlier the better but it's mostly a walk in clinic. Hope your baby gets better.
