Genia, residents have access to cordless phones, and phones on the hallway. Most residents have their own cell phone when they arrive and keep those for their personal use.
You can get a Phone but the Patient have to Pay for one if the Patient is Paying to stay there the Phone should be included.
No there are no phones in the residents rooms.
