Most of our patients come to us after an auto accident and sign a lien with a personal injury lawyer where they pay nothing upfront. Hi Moulhem, If a patient was in an auto accident and misses an appointment, they have a day added to their treatment calendar to make up for it. Our staff calls 15 minutes after a missed appointment and we don't charge for missed appointments.
