HI Faye, Hannah is somewhat right in her answer. However I did see delicata squash last week at market so there is a chance that there will be more tomorrow. If not you could always use butternut or acorn squash which I am sure our farmers do have this week!
Hi! Since this is the type of market where multiple independent farmers bring different produce to sell that they've harvested seasonally, you'd have to contact the individual farmers directly to ask them what they will be bringing to market and when. The market organizers could give you the farmers' information, and they can be reached via the market's website!
