Will not be returning. I used to like this place. After 2 years away, I moved back to Atlanta, and during my unpacking, I had a craving for Mexican, and stopped into Pancho's to grab a meal to go. I ordered my typical dish, a Burrito with no meat (just beans and rice inside), with a bit or cheese sauce on top. I also ordered a side of Mole. The standard price for the burrito is 12.55. My check was 21.48. I inquired as to what the extra 8.25 was for. The manager brought over an itemized receipt. They charged 3.00 for the Mole, which is fine, no problem there. 2.75 for cheese dip, which is more than I'd expect for a small amount of cheese sauce (and certainly more than I've ever paid elsewhere), but I can deal with that. The kicker was 2.50 for rice. This charge I didn't understand, as rice is much cheaper than meat (Most Mexican restaurants reduce the price of my burrito when I ask for no meat -- not all, but most). I asked the manager what comes in a burrito, as every burrito I've ever ordered typically comes with meat, cheese, beans, and rice, at a minimum. He said meat and cheese. I said, "So if I order a burrito..." and he completed my sentence by saying, "You get a bunch of meat and some cheese." I said, "So I'm paying 2.50 for rice?" He confirmed. I didn't argue the fact that I can't imagine that rice is so much more expensive than meat that you would not only charge the full meat price, but add an additional 2.50 for rice. I left and drove home, which is less than a mile away from the restaurant. I ate immediately, as I was starving. The burrito was so wet and soggy, it was literally falling apart when trying to scoop it with a fork, and the look and texture made it very unappealing. AND, they forgot the cheese sauce that I paid 2.75 to have added to it. In addition, there was absolutely no flavor to the food. Probably the most disappointing meal I've had I've a really long time. I won't be going back.

This was the first time I've been here in over 10 years. I ordered tacos at first and for it to have been Taco Tuesday, she tried to charge me $20 for 4 tacos that were $2 for 3 and $3 for the one that was steak and then and additional $4.85 for chips and salsa that she claimed came with the tacos. Ohhhh and then tried to change me $1.50 for the toppings for the tacos!!! I was like WTH kind of place is this!!! No one charges for toppings on tacos and let alone the free chips!!! I cancelled that mess and then ordered the chicken fajitas. GROSS!!!!! The chicken fajitas was weird... Mushrooms and broccoli in a fajita!!! Who does that??!!! The brown rice was nasty and like gravy was added. I did a take out order and threw it away. I will NEVER return here!!!! I usually take photos of my food... This mess was so nasty, I couldn't fathom wasting my time posting grossness
