I think it's smoked in the kitchen, I don't think they have a pit, I didn't see a smoker outside.
Yes it is. I'm telling you it is awesome. I am not sure where you live but another great place for bbq is in Cornelia. Its called wolf creek and there meat is also vooked onsite in a huge smoker and there bbq is homemade. Thier Brunswick stew is off the chain.
