As 100 percent philadelphian this is as authentic as you can get ouside of philly. And their food is amazing and reminds of home. Pats and ginos is a philly thing not a florida thing. Do you really expect for anyone outside of philly to speak our slang? Best of philly is as close as home as you can get better then all the other knock offs who are outside of philly..
