The problem with this place is access and communication. One should have access to their things 24/7/365. I rented this place to store things while I built a house. Once I closed and was ready to move, the access code to the climate Controlled area had been changed but I was not notified. So... I was there at my unit, unable to get in. I called the number to the place and got a recording that told me to leave a mesage and someone would get with me. It's been hours and no one has called me yet.We wasted 40 minutes of valuable time trying to get into the unit. Now... that said... I called the corporate 800 number and reached someone EXTREMELY helpful. Otherwise, it would've been a lesser rating!

The online registration did not work. It kept getting stuck recalculating costs after the insurance option was selected. The on-site staff however was very professional and helpful. The storage area was clean.
