This is the worst planet fitness I have ever been at!!
I travel everywhere and the app logged me out and was frozen... no one would help me out. I pay for a membership and they were lien” oh week nothing we can do” last time I drive out of my way

Didn't you have your tag on your keychain? That's all I need, don't even have an app. That's a shame they wouldn't let you workout, I'd call the main office and complain!
