I'm a member here and Everytime I go, it's always be 2 or 3 tall, healthy guys, who happen to work there, sitting on the counters, texting on the phones. No greetings, No thank you, no cleaning . Just getting an easy paycheck... .

I went to their location physically and cancelled my membership more than 2 years ago but they didn't stop charging me. When I asked about it they said they can't do anything about it. Worst customer service ever.
