It's not their policy but they absolutely do their best to help you with your new product. However, every time I asked for help, they had to get permission from the manager. I always go when it isn't that busy. Usually a couple hours before close on a weekday. I imagine during holidays and prime times of the day it would be more difficult to get the okay. Get in SOON and have fun work your new tablet! :)

Yes, they will do their best to make sure you are comfortable with their products and familiar with how to use them. And though they want to help as much as they can when it comes to individual applications like "how to play candy crush" they might just have to let you enjoy the learning experience of crushing candy on your own.
