Due to Covid just walking in the store was a shock. Employee comes up and tells me I needed to check-in like I was doing something bad. When no one was there seeing me walk-in. After that I was ready to walk back out but I was having a serious problem with my phone. Their technical support person was very informative and helpful. Checked with the issues I was having with my phone with no charge. Which was nice , expecting a price when handed my phone. Otherwise the store was clean and organized.

Was very bummed that they're out of so many things. I guess the shipping problems are starting to hit. They were out of what I needed and had to buy a more expensive item then I wanted so I didn't have to go somewhere else.

I needed help with understanding the remotes for our t.v. and Kevin the Geek guy was there at the front desk and explained some things and told me to try what he suggested first and if we still needed help then we could make an appt. Kevin is the best! I didn't know he would be there to help me but sure glad he was. Always a wonderful experience at Best Buy and Kevin is always so helpful. I'm a happy camper

It's not their policy but they absolutely do their best to help you with your new product. However, every time I asked for help, they had to get permission from the manager. I always go when it isn't that busy. Usually a couple hours before close on a weekday. I imagine during holidays and prime times of the day it would be more difficult to get the okay. Get in SOON and have fun work your new tablet! :)
