1)Social security did not send me a W2 and when i go to their site, it says it is not done for 2020. What am i supposed to do?

I'm not sure what would help other than contacting them over the phone. I believe in voices more often than websites. Give it a try and good luck! Social Security has their number on any paperwork you've received.
