Chris was very helpful when I was having issues with my piano. He promptly got a technician out to my house. At first he did not discover the real issue with the piano, so it took some prompting on my part to get the technician to return and take a closer look at the piano. (This is the reason why I gave this review only four out of five stars) But after the technician came out again and took a closer look, he discovered the soundboard issue and Chris promptly ordered me a replacement piano. He also made sure to look it over himself personally to see to it that I was getting a very good replacement, better than my original piano. After it has been tuned, the piano is sounding beautiful and I am very appreciative to Chris for all of his extra effort in making me a happy musician once again. Thank you Chris and Rockleys.

Don't think that piano salesmen are any different than car salesman! Some are making an honest living and some are trying to take you for everything you're worth. Do your research before coming into this store!! These guys are big time scammers. The pianos they're selling are marked up nearly double what they're worth brand new. Some decent grands (also overpriced) but the pearl river pianos are cheap junk that they tune up to sound nice in the store but the material quality is such that the piano turns to mush in 5 years or less. So much for an investment, you'll be trying to give it away for free in 5 years with no takers.
