Typically you cam just pop up a tent wherever...but for an RV I Would.
I have never known people to have camped there, basically it is kind of a rolling open field with a very low maintenance open pool with concrete as a deck for hot spring use.The owners are very nice but I wouldn't recommend as a "vacation getaway", my backyard is nicer than this!
I liked it. The people were cool. We had the place to ourselves cause there open to midnight every night later on weekends I think. I just wish the water was hotter. But other then that it was alright.

Me and my wife have tent camped there twice (with out reservations). They have both.. full hook up sites and no hook up sites..You can camp .. Sleep in your car... Or sleep under the stars any where on the property that appeals to you.

I would reserve a space for RV especially if you need hookup.
