I guess he was hoping that someone from Lowe's would be able to read his question and answer from here.
I'm not sure each store might have a different delivery policy need to call the store in question and I ask for the manager in charge of shipping .
Why are you asking me through Google when you need to ask Google for their phone number, call and ask them.....
