I had to call customer care to get this matter resolved. My dad had two mattresses that had sinks in them. They were two different mattresses that had to be replaced. Make sure to call customer service for related problems.

The customer service there would not return phone call concerning my purchase when you make a purchase they will have no more contact with you.I will never buy anything from them again
