Praying God's vengeance to the young man who operated the window and those that were inside doing the dirt. It's sad you can't order and expect the the same quality you would want served to yourself.
I am one of the shift managers at this location, please feel free to lift any kind of curses placed on those of us who genuinely care about quality, service and cleanliness (QSC). I understand your experience and I deeply apologize, I don't know who was running the shift during your visit, but of it happened to be me, I am ashamed, and should have been more aware. Experiences like the one you had is what motivated me to make Customer service my pride and joy. I want to help everyone live better, worry less and smile more, that is my goal each day I come to work at this location. I have had so many awful customer service experiences which left me feeling so negative and so disrespected and lied to I felt unwelcome and like a burden to those who made the choice they were going to care about me but instead displayed they were just there for money which is why I believe people who don't plan to encourage and help others succeed should stay away from customer service.
I have run into some of the same issues at this location, they seriously need some overhaul on there staff or better yet close it down, hello health inspector
It wouldn't surprise me if they did .
