Literally 9 times out of 10 that I ask for a smoothie, I'm told that the machine is down. In the middle of the day. If you all are out of smoothie mix that often, you need to fire whoever does your ordering.
Clearly not all are trained if many customers are witnessing this.. you work there and instead of property customer service, offering an apology, you want to try to argue and tell them they are wrong. Well, you help to prove the "rude employee" comments. BTW when is "curtain time" like yall have a curtain you open and close, like a stage curtain at a play?!!
They really did not know how to fill the machine...my wife and I heard them talking. 15 minutes later a manager came out and filled it. Somebody must have missed that day , actually a few did.
First off. Yes they do train us and Second most of the time if it in the morning and in most cases it is we are either out of the shake mix or the machine is in heat mode and it would do no good to serve you hot ice cream and the heat mode is automatically activated at a curtain time and we have no control over that factor.
