Went to get food at 2am because it says they are open in drive thru 24hrs. All the lights were on and menu lit up. I saw the worker sitting inside on her phone when I pulled up. She saw me. No one answered to take my order. I called the store since I saw someone inside to make sure they're open. They ignored my call and turned off the lights. That's the worst customer service experience I've had at any McDonald's and I've been all over the US. How hard is it to exclaim you're closed if you are and if you aren't 24hrs why update your hours to say you are? I drove 20 minutes to be ignored and without food.

Store Say's 24hs 2am workers sitting around on there phone ignores me and then turns lights off when I called the store if they can't work then get rid of these people.

What gets me is sometimes there is an employee that standts there and shows you how to work it...they could be taking my order at the register. I told one employee that I couldn't find a whopper it and he came over to help me look for it. True story!
Literally 9 times out of 10 that I ask for a smoothie, I'm told that the machine is down. In the middle of the day. If you all are out of smoothie mix that often, you need to fire whoever does your ordering.
Not good no one wears any gloves nore masks
Why they let me order something twice and let me wait for it when they didn't even have it to begin with.
Not to mention how rude most of them are. And how bad the drive thru smells
I don't know what to say but. I don't eat there. I know for years that's what parents do for there kids. I also ate there when I was a kid. But I wouldn't go. To it. Its not healthy no matter what they say.

I tried to stop at this mcdonalds a couple days after the hurricane and the manager decided to close the lobby more than an hour early for no good reason. There were elderly and handicapped customers at the door begging to use the bathroom but the manager refused to even speak with them. Other employees were screaming, cussing and laughing at everyone who wanted in. I don't think I've ever seen a less caring or compassionate group of people anywhere. I stopped at this mcdonalds every other weekend for years prior to storm but haven't been back since and probably never will.
