They do have cabins for rent they have running water but it's outside of the cabin. Inside the cabin you have electric AC and also Heat. You can call up and ask for rental information I believe you can rent the cabin as soon as Turkey Swamp is open for camping

Yes they rent a few cabins but most sites are for tent or trailer camping.
Yes they rent cabins, RV, tent sites and pavilion/picnic areas.
