No surprise here, horrible service inside and out at this location.
Go in a make a direct complaint. If they don't know it's an issue. How can they fix the issue :)
They are understaffed due to Covid. So, customer relations suffer.

Walmart will not answer when they are busier than usual. Your better off trying to update your order online or email the store. Directly
