A bug in the drink?? Never going back there again, too many problems as it is, now that’s enough for me!
Never encountered that problem. Did get charged for syrup I never got.
I still was charged for a venti pink drink, despite asking for a refund after pulling a strand of long blonde hair out of my mouth. I am a brunette. Staff was rude to me as well. Also charged me for a cake pop that I did not order.
